Sanjay Swamy |

Sanjay Swamy is Chief Executive Officer at mChek, responsible for the entire operations of the company and scaling mChek to support customers across the globe.
Prior to mChek, Sanjay was General Manager of Ketera India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kleiner Venture backed Ketera Inc., a leading provider of on-demand eProcurement and Spend management solutions. The India operations were setup by Sanjay from scratch and today have a high-end team of about 100+ employees. Prior to joining Ketera, Sanjay also setup and ran India operations for mPortal, a Virginia-based startup in the Wireless Data services arena. In addition, Sanjay has worked for 12 years in Silicon Valley, holding senior marketing and business development positions in the online/mobile content at Portal Software, Xerox PARC and in embedded systems at Integrated Systems (now Wind River).
Sanjay has an MS in Aeronautics from University of Washington, Seattle, a higher studies diploma in Avionics from France’s National Aerospace School (Sup-Aero) and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Suresh is responsible for all aspects of product development and operations at mChek – and is tasked with making mChek a nimble, yet process-oriented engineering organization.
Suresh has more than 15 years of experience and software engineering expertise at product development companies in the US and in India. Suresh is very accomplished at creating, leading and motivating high-performance and distributed engineering teams and implementing corporate development standards. Prior to mChek, Suresh headed India operations of Centrata, a Kleiner Perkins funded startup in the on-demand space. Prior to Centrata Suresh worked for several years at Oracle, both in Silicon Valley and subsequently in Bangalore. At Oracle, Suresh was responsible for engineering development of the CRM product. Suresh has also worked at Motorola and Kellogg as a consultant in the US.
Suresh has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and an undergraduate degree in Production Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai. Suresh has published several technical papers in organizational development and in software technology.

John is responsible for the Information security and Management of Operational infrastructure as per Industry quality standards. John comes with more than 14 years of experience in the area of Bank Card Technology and Financial Systems for Both Domestic and International market with a focus on 24/7 Operations, Project Management and Delivery of Service Level Agreements. He has an in-depth knowledge of Switching Systems, Acquiring Networks, Card Life Cycle Management, Quality initiatives like Six Sigma and BS7799, Customer Relationship Management, and various Card Associations (VISA/MasterCard/Amex) Systems. Being a part of the Founding Member team of Venture Infotek he has successfully implemented and operationalized a pan India Acquiring network and back office for card management system for its international and domestic customer banks including the fraud /delinquency monitoring system. He started his career as a software developer for PoS Terminals and was instrumental in deploying terminals for authorization over X.25 Networks (INET).

Bharavi is responsible for the enterprise software architecture, transaction security and transaction switching aspects of the mChek platform. Bharavi brings several years of expertise in payment systems, EMV (Europay, MasterCard and VISA specifications for smartcard based credit/debit applications), cryptography and information security.
Bharavi holds a M.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Bharavi led the team which developed the product for CEPS (Common Electronic Purse Specifications) which was released as a open-source. Bharavi is also a contributor to an open-source financial messaging framework (http://www.jpos.org/).
