If you offer hosted applications, you can extend the enhanced security of mChek/PassCode's 2nd Factor Authentication to your enterprise customers. If you use hosted applications, you can request your provider(s) to adopt the enhanced security of mChek/PassCode's 2nd Factor Authentication.
When you activate the mChek/PassCode mobile application, you will be asked to select your own mChekPIN. For security reasons, please do not share this PIN with anyone or write this PIN down on paper. To ensure security, we also advice regularly changing the mChekPIN.
If you enter an incorrect mChekPIN three times, the mChek/PassCode mobile application gets locked. This is an additional security feature that prevents unauthorized access to the mChek/PassCode mobile application, lest your mobile phone falls into the wrong hands.
In the event of your mChek/PassCode mobile application being locked, please call your organization's help desk to assist you reactivate mChek/PassCode on your mobile phone.
